Africa Bespoke grew out of the conference organizing company, African Agenda – one of only a handful of Professional Conference Organizers in South Africa that has obtained the status of an Accredited International Conference Organizer from the South African Association for the Conference Industry. African Agenda found that the interest in pre and post tours around their conferences was so overwhelming that they considered expanding into offering their own dedicated tour operator service. Africa Bespoke was the result of this, and we have steadily grown to become a fully fledged Tour Operator, offering tailor made tours all around Southern Africa to many inbound travelers from various countries around the world.

As we are owner-operated, we can provide a consistently high standard of service and we have a vested interest in ensuring your enjoyment and safety during your journey in Africa. Based at the tip of Southern Africa, in Cape Town, we have on-hand local knowledge of any current political instability or danger areas, and are in a great position to advise travelers on what areas to avoid. All guides and operators we use are carefully selected to ensure that you have a rich and interesting experience. We plan your journey to take advantage of the best weather conditions, to avoid the crowds during the busy seasons and personally select the right establishments to suit you.

We also offer personalized and efficient pre-travel communications, in which we are able to provide accurate local knowledge and advice. We make up a pre-travel info pack for you with vouchers and full documentation, plus a local 24/7 contact person with the ability to find solutions in case anything does not go according to plan along the way.

We also offer a the same high standard of service for our Tailor Made Groups. Here we excel in planning a specific group tour or series down to the last detail, taking into account the specialized niche of the group. This would include bespoke activities along the way guided by a professional tour leader or team.
