My wife and I arrived back safe and sound in Auckland, yesterday, after a wonderful trip. Many thanks indeed for the arrangements you made. Everything ran like clockwork. We were very impressed and appreciative of your consideration and the action you took in making restaurant bookings for us at Franschhoek. The food and wine at Le Quartier Francais was superb. I think the only downside to our trip was the expansion in our waist lines. If you wish to use my wife and I as a point of contact for reference purposes we would be happy to endorse the excellent service you gave.

In the interest of both our mobile telephone providers let me first tell you that your SMS on having a sundowner drink arrived in my mail box three days after we had left for home. This service does not compare to yours in any way. Your services were excellent, I cannot say otherwise. As I have stated before, I have never communicated that frequently – and efficiently – with a travel agency before. You definitively know how to attract and please your clients; you have won us for any future trips we will make to Southern Africa. I know you were not there when your country and Namibia developed into the beautiful countries they are today, but you know where to find the wonderful scenery, and we loved it. We have returned home with only good memories. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and we would like to thank you for having arranged that special feeling towards Southern Africa again. Retrospectively we are glad we did not take a cycling tour. As stated before, we will come back to you.

Yes, settling back into Sydney nicely now – absolutely great holiday with Garonga being the absolute highlight so thanks for that. In terms of feedback, I have to say your correspondence is absolutely the best I have experienced from ANY service provider as it was always VERY prompt and courteous. Without having another safari to compare with as this was our first, we found Garonga to be brilliant, service was fab, the trackers were very proud of their work and really tried to get us to see all types of animals without encroaching on them. One thing that didn’t go so well, we the fact we lost luggage after checking straight through JHB from PE to Nelspruit. It took 3 days to get it to Garonga. Apparently we heard it happens quite regularly so perhaps it is something people should be warned about so they can have a spare change on their hand luggage. Other than that all good and we will be back and using your services at some stage in the future I am sure.
