Well we are back having had an absolutely superb time. All the arrangements went like clockwork thanks to your hard work. Your recommendations and advice were absolutely spot on and our trip hit exactly the right mark. There is one piece of advice that I would recommend you include for foreigners that will be hiring a car and that is the fact that they will need cash for the Toll Roads as they do not accept foreign credit cards – we ended up cutting it a bit fine! From my first contact with Africa Bespoke, I had nothing but excellent service. In particular, my emails and queries were answered almost by return every time – that is not a very common experience! I will be very happy to recommend Africa Bespoketo anybody in future (and, in fact, have already done so) and am happy for you to use me as a positive reference should you need to. I shall also be making a laudatory post on Trip Advisor in due course.
In the meantime, thank you once again for arranging such a superb trip for us.

Our safari to Lion Sands was fabulous. It was an experience unlike anything we had ever had. I am now back in Vietnam. I just have to tell you that I love to travel and I have traveled quite a bit and every time that I travel, I want to come back and be amazed and touched by what I have seen and the people I have met. It does not happen on every trip, unfortunately, but this time it did. I was amazed and touched by the whole experience. From Cape Town to the safari at Notten’s camp. Cape Town is so beautiful with its mountain, beach and waterfront and has such a deep history. The safari at Notten’s camp was simply out of this world. The fact that they do not have electricity makes the safari so much more special. The staff at Notten’s camp really makes you feel at home right from the start and are beyond nice…especially Dale who looks after the place. I was also lucky that the first night that I was there, there were only 6 other guests beside myself so it allowed the group to bond easily and made the experience even better. The whole experience was really priceless. Thank you so much for recommending Notten’s camp and for organizing this trip for me. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. I am looking forward to another trip to Africa.

In the interest of both our mobile telephone providers let me first tell you that your SMS on having a sundowner drink arrived in my mail box three days after we had left for home. This service does not compare to yours in any way. Your services were excellent, I cannot say otherwise. As I have stated before, I have never communicated that frequently – and efficiently – with a travel agency before. You definitively know how to attract and please your clients; you have won us for any future trips we will make to Southern Africa. I know you were not there when your country and Namibia developed into the beautiful countries they are today, but you know where to find the wonderful scenery, and we loved it. We have returned home with only good memories. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and we would like to thank you for having arranged that special feeling towards Southern Africa again. Retrospectively we are glad we did not take a cycling tour. As stated before, we will come back to you.

Yes, settling back into Sydney nicely now – absolutely great holiday with Garonga being the absolute highlight so thanks for that. In terms of feedback, I have to say your correspondence is absolutely the best I have experienced from ANY service provider as it was always VERY prompt and courteous. Without having another safari to compare with as this was our first, we found Garonga to be brilliant, service was fab, the trackers were very proud of their work and really tried to get us to see all types of animals without encroaching on them. One thing that didn’t go so well, we the fact we lost luggage after checking straight through JHB from PE to Nelspruit. It took 3 days to get it to Garonga. Apparently we heard it happens quite regularly so perhaps it is something people should be warned about so they can have a spare change on their hand luggage. Other than that all good and we will be back and using your services at some stage in the future I am sure.
