Why to go…
The Seychelles are deserted islands surrounded by tropical plants, swaying palm trees and soft white sandy coral beaches, stretching as far as the eye can see. Hiking on the many trails through the jungles, to the mountain tops and to secluded beaches will seem like you are the very first visitor, is one of the great pleasures of the islands. Deep sea fishing and sailing are also extremely popular. Many world record fish have been caught in the Seychelles. The islands are densely populated by land and sea birds, some of them very rare, are found only on specific islands. The Seychelles has it all, harmoniously blended, offering luxurious or rustic accommodation and tantalizing, tempting, tropical delights expertly prepared to please the most delicate of palates. It´s all yours and waiting to be explored.
When to go…
The weather in the Seychelles is largely defined by the trade winds. From October to April these airstreams are warmer, while from May to September they bring cooler temperatures with them. The months of July and August are the driest and the most rain can be expected in January.
