Nyika NP
The northern region of Malawi is most known for the beautiful and unique Nyika Plateau with round hills broken by deep valleys, making up a big part of the Nyika National Park. This mountainous region with its rugged escarpments makes it an ideal spot for walking and hiking. Also popular here is trout fishing and horseback safaris. Nearby, the top of the Livingstonia Escarpment offers a spectacular view of the evergreen forest, woodland vegetation and breathtaking Manchewe Falls which spill over the escarpment.
