Matopos
Home to the dassie or ‘rock rabbit’, there are plenty of activities to do here, including fishing or picnicking at the two dams in the area, visiting Cecil Rhodes’ tomb at Malindidzimu (‘View of the World’), and discovering the Nswatugi and Pomongwe caves. The is a popular wildlife sanctuary with white and black rhino, antelope species, baboons, leopards and black eagles. In this area is the Cultural History Museum.
